1. Lemon thyme water: A Vitamin C Booster!
- 2 small lemons
- 3 stems of lemon thyme
2. Watermelon mint water: Hydrating and so refreshing, mint also aids digestion!
- 1 cup fresh watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
3. Cucumber water: A great detox must-have
- 1 medium cucumber, cut into 1/2 inch slices
4. Blueberry, lemon and rosemary
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
5. Pineapple coconut water: Swap the water for coconut water for a hydrating tropical delight!
- 1.5L coconut water
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup of lime juice
