Cook Your Vegetables Right – Roasting

Beautifully browned 😍. I love having everything roasted, especially vegetables. Roasting caramelizes the exterior of the veggies, while the inside is still moist and tender. Once you try roasting these veggies, you can never go back!

  1. Carrot

In fact, cooking your carrots can increase the amount of beta-carotene your body can absorb. Roast your carrot with olive oil to bring out the unexpected sweetness.
