Rice-stick (vermicelli) pan-fried with eggs, tiger prawns, chillies, onion, carrot and cabbage, seasoned with curry powder (feel free to add a sprinkle of turmeric powder) with a splash of fresh lime juice, we assure you this is one of the easiest and tastiest recipe! For those allergic to seafood or prefer a meatless version, replace the prawns with hard tofu.
